The Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Serving Agricultural Science And Technology Extension By Rural Financial Institutions In Yunnan Province

Compared with other central and eastern provinces,many agricultural products cannot obtain the conditions that are suitable for their growth in Yunnan Province.Therefore,the yield is not high,and the types of crops are few.For large natural disasters,they cannot resist the damage.As a result,a large number of crops still cannot be well developed.And because of the terrain,it is impossible to form a strong scale of crop production,directly affecting the output of crops,and cannot form a large-scale agricultural economy,which indirectly affects the industrialization of agriculture in Yunnan Province.This paper connects practice with theories,while combines normative research with empirical research,applying the combination of dynamic and static research methods,to China's Yunnan province as a typical case.It analyzes the current situation of agricultural scientific research funds in Yunnan province,and that of the agricultural extension and the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.The problems existing in the agricultural science and technology,and difficulties in promoting rural financial services in Yunnan province are mainly as follows.The rural financial service system is not sophisticated enough.Yunnan provincial government did not provide relevant support for agricultural extension,etc.The existence of these problems indirectly or directly affects the agricultural development level of Yunnan province.Associated with the problems emerging from supporting agricultural science and technology popularization by rural financial institutions in Yunnan province,the causes of the problems are analyzed and the countermeasures are studied.Combined with the problems arising from the promotion of agricultural science and technology in rural financial institutions in Yunnan Province,the causes of the problems were analyzed and the countermeasures were studied.Initially,build a multi-tiered rural financial service system for sustainable development,including promoting the construction of rural financial institutions in different categories,enriching the main body of rural financial institutions,and standardizing the development of rural cooperative finance.Secondly,give full play to the role of government mechanism in rural finance,including increasing policy support to market guidance and raising the central bank's fund support quota for agriculture in Yunnan province;Thirdly,innovative rural financial products and services;Fourthly,establish the risk guarantee systematic mechanisms of agricultural science and technology,including accelerating the establishment of risk guarantee mechanism of agricultural science and technology popularization,strengthening the construction of insurance institutions,and improving service capacity;Fifthly,improve rural financial infrastructure.Taking the research on service agriculture promotion of rural financial institutions in Yunnan Province as an example,it puts forward practical,scientific and reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the promotion of agricultural science and technology in rural financial institutions in Yunnan Province to map rural finance in other provinces of China.Institutions serve the agricultural science and technology promotion model to promote the development of China's agricultural economy and smoothly promote the development of China's agricultural informationization and modernization.
