A Research On The Financing Methods Of China's Financial Leasing Company

As a new financing method integrating“financing”and“melting”,financial leasing has its unique advantages in alleviating the financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises.In the developed countries,financial leasing has become the second largest financing method after banks.Financial leasing was introduced to China from the 1980s and has been developing for more than 30 years.Although China's financial leasing industry has developed rapidly in recent years,the total amount of financial leasing in China has reached the second place in the world,but the penetration rate is less than 7%.There is a big gap with the developed countries in Europe and America.The market size does not match the level of economic development.This is quite unfavorable for the financing of small and medium enterprises and the economic development of China.For this reason,apart from the fact that the society has little awareness of the financial leasing industry and the national institutional policy support has not kept up,the core issue is that the financial leasing company is a capital-intensive enterprise with limited funding sources,which restricts the further development of the financial leasing industry in China.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes from the following parts:Firstly,in the introduction part,it introduces the background of the topic,the meaning of the topic,the literature review,the main content structure and the research method.Secondly,it introduces the relevant theories of financial leasing,including the definition of financial leasing,business classification and characteristics;subsequently,it analyzes the development of financial leasing in China,and expounds the current financing situation,pointing out the main reasons for the difficulty of China's financial leasing companies,and analyzing the financing methods of the YD financial leasing company,trying to find out financing methods that can be popularized in most financial leasing companies,and explore some operational financing methods,and plan to build a diversified financing channel for financial leasing companies.
