Following the growth of China's shared economy,the development of the knowledge-sharing economy has gradually become the focus of attention of the state and society.As an important branch of the knowledge-sharing economy,the online crowdsourcing service platform has gradually emerged,providing a platform for creating shared value for enterprises and people with knowledge and skills in the society.In the process of online crowdsourcing service,there are problems such as information asymmetry.When an employer faces an unfamiliar service provider,trust proves to be an important factor in the decision-making of the employer.Based on the trust source and trust transfer theory in trust theory,this paper takes epwk.com as the research object and explores the influence of service provider attributes and service provider reputation on the shared value of the platform.In October 2018,this paper used the reptile program to collect 7279 seivice providers' data from epwk.com as a resear-ch data set.Results show that all variables representing trust source and trust transferring in our model all have significant effects on number of successful bids.(1)Variables representing trust source respectively include:the number of cases provided which symbolizes service provider's benevolence trust,the level which symbolizes service provider's ability trust,the comprehensiveness of certification information which symbolizes service provider's integrity trust and type of service provider.(2)Variables representing trust transferring respectively include:whether a service provider certified integrity guard or not,credit scores and favorable points.The research results of this paper show that the service provider's own attributes and the service provider's reputation will have an impact on the number of times the service provider wins the bid,and the service provider's winning bid is related to the shared benefit value between the service provider and the employer.Therefore,these attributes can be an important factor in:fluencing the shared value of online crowdsourcing service platforms.The research conclusions obtained in this paper provide new ideas for the existing literature research,and illustrate the important role played by trust in the development of online crowdsourcing platforms and service providers offer a range of recommendations for trust.
