With the development of social economy and the accelerating process of building new towns in China,many local governments in the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial function orientation,the implementation of the retreat into three and the development of the first industry to the principles and ideas of modern leisure transformation.Based on this background,leisure agriculture is a new form of agriculture,which can promote the overall development of rural areas and meet the needs of consumers'leisure.But with the continuous blossom everywhere leisure agriculture projects,competition is accelerating,and experience marketing as the key of the leisure agriculture gain the core competitiveness,has been in the modern leisure agriculture showed prominent effect.This study first through theoretical research on experience marketing,starting from the leisure agriculture in Taiwan and abroad advanced experience of leisure agriculture,leisure agriculture and related experience economy,experience and construct the general model of marketing mode.Then,the paper introduces the basic model of leisure agricultural experience marketing,and puts forward the path and basic steps of constructing the model of leisure agricultural experience marketing.Then to Changsha leisure agriculture experience marketing as the research object,analysis Changsha leisure agriculture development,experience marketing status quo and future trends,analysis of the use of questionnaires and typical cases of the problem.Finally,according to the analysis of Changsha leisure agriculture experience existing marketing problems,and put forward the countermeasures,including emphasis on experiential marketing to build and enhance the development level of experience,the introduction of high-level talents,strengthening the training and implementation of experiential marketing innovation and meet consumer demand experience.The author of this study,do the investigation,a large number of Changsha,concludes that there is the development of modern leisure agriculture problems are:the lack of a correct understanding of some of the operators of leisure agriculture;most leisure farm development level is low;the low level of management;staff level is relatively low.Research results show that leisure agriculture and experience economy has a good docking,the implementation of experiential marketing helps to make an inventory of leisure agriculture,promote leisure agriculture income.Usually has the emotional,rational and personalized marketing strategy,to help customers to experience and create a great atmosphere to help.
