2018 is the 40th year of China's reform and opening up.In this period of time,China's economy and finance continue to develop at a high speed. However, due to historical reasons, the urban-rural dual structure of China's financial industry has existed for a long time.Especially in underdeveloped areas, the development gap between rural finance and urban finance still exists, which leads to the insufficient allocation of rural financial resources in underdeveloped areas. In order to solve this problem effectively,in recent years, the central government has proposed to speed up the construction of inclusive financial system, expand its service coverage in rural areas, and strive to enable more vulnerable groups in rural areas to enjoy safer and more convenient diversified rural financial services,so as to give full play to the role of rural finance in actively supporting agriculture, countryside and farmers, and accelerate the pace of rural economic development, and effectively promote it."Agriculture, rural areas and farmers" should increase their income so as to eliminate rural poverty as soon as possible, narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents and achieve a well-off society in an all-round way.It is against this background that I believe that in today's highly developed Internet and electronic information technology, empirical analysis to study the effectiveness of digital Inclusive Finance in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in underdeveloped areas of China will further improve the construction of inclusive financial system in China, and better play the supporting role of Inclusive Finance in promoting the precise eradication of poverty in rural areas. It is of great practical significance. In order to test whether the development of digital inclusive finance plays a real and effective role in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in underdeveloped areas of China, this paper uses panel data of 18 provinces(autonomous regions)in China from 2011 to 2015 and indicators of digital inclusive finance development to establish a panel vector autoregressive model, aiming at analyzing the development and underdevelopment of digital inclusive finance.Whether there is correlation between urban and rural residents'income gap in Darfur area, and at the same time, the impact of digital inclusive finance development level on urban and rural residents' income gap in 18 provinces(autonomous regions)was measured, and the static panel model was used to carry out the robustness test. The empirical analysis results show that there is a strong negative correlation between the first-order lag of digital inclusive financial development indicators and the income gap between urban and rural residents in underdeveloped areas. Therefore,in order to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents,we must take effective measures to vigorously promote the development of digital inclusive finance.
