Case Research On Cost Control Of ZARA

Global economy is rapidly developing,the fast fashion clothing industry has entered a new era of all-round development.The rapid rise and rapid development of fast fashion clothing enterprises in the world have had a tremendous impact on the external environment of the fast fashion clothing industry,making China's fast fashion clothing industry harvest more opportunities while facing greater challenges.Cost control is the calculation and supervision of the cost of each link in the daily activities of enterprises.Cost control can tap the internal potential of enterprises,discover weak links in enterprise management and reduce the cost of enterprises.The scientific implementation of cost control can improve the operation and management of enterprises,improve quality of enterprise,and promote the improvement of the profitability of enterprises,so that enterprises can develop steadily in the fierce market competition.Therefore,cost control is the key to the further development of China's fast fashion clothing enterprises in the fierce competition.ZARA is the leading brand in the fast fashion clothing industry.With its excellent cost control measures,Zara stands out in today's fast fashion clothing industry and has become a miracle in the fast fashion clothing industry.Based on the case study of ZARA cost control,this paper analyzes its unique cost control measures,including fast feedback of supply and demand information,combination of manufacturing internalization and outsourcing,establishment of logistics center,simplification of supply chain links,improvement of inventory turnover rate,adoption of starvation marketing method,combination of reducing advertising and increasing shops,and establishment of brand image.Through the experience and effect of ZARA's cost control,this paper looks for the inspiration ZARA can bring to the cost control of China's fast fashion clothing industry,and puts forward the promotion suggestions for the cost control of China's fast fashion clothing industry,so as to provide reference for the development of China's fast fashion clothing industry enterprises in cost control.
