Research On Quality Control Of User Behavior Trajectory Data Acquisition Project On Shanxi Mobile

When the operators’ traditional market is shrinking,the new business competition is fierce and the customer costs are high,the way of marketing guidance through data analysis has been widely recognized by the operators.Therefore,how to obtain the quality of data and data analysis will greatly affect the decision of the company.In this context,the Shanxi Mobile launched the online user behavior trajectory data acquisition project,mainly to meet the"scientific decision making" and "marketing refinement"needs.Although the data collection project model of Shanxi Mobile has formed a series of management methods and rules and regulations after several years exploration and refinement,it is difficult to meet the needs of the quality management of the new proj ect.After analyzing the basic concept and theory of the project quality management,the theory and method of the quality management of the whole life cycle of the proj ect,this paper analyzes the current situation of the quality management of the user behavior track data collection project in Shanxi mobile line,including the status and challenge of the Shanxi mobile data,and the organization of the project.Construction,risk analysis and control measures as well as project quality management system;then the theory is connected with practice,and the whole life cycle quality management of the Shanxi mobile user behavior trajectory data collection project is discussed,including the starting stage,the implementation stage and the end stage of the project.The method,the means and the measures of the emergency control are analyzed,and how to control the quality of the project more comprehensively and improve the effect of the proj ect under the existing conditions is studied.Through this study,we aim to establish the quality control system of online customer behavior data acquisition and evaluation.Through the research on the online customer behavior trajectory data,we will give guidance to the future data analysis and evaluation,marketing guidance,and the customer’s next step of the behavior.
