Research On Financial Risk Assessment Of Commercial Bank Supply Chain

With the continuous innovation of banking business in the financial field,the traditional commercial banks have gradually innovated their business model and transformed to modern banks.For example,the combination of financial services and supply chain management is different from the traditional credit supply chain financial services.The essence of supply chain finance is to share credit.Through the active release of credit by core enterprises in the supply chain,commercial banks provide financing service mode with lower financing cost for SMEs upstream and downstream.At the beginning of its development in China,supply chain finance has been favored by major commercial banks.It has gained good economic benefits and effectively improved the financing difficulties and expensive problems of domestic SMEs.At the same time,there are more risks hidden behind the strange mode of supply chain finance "innovation".The purpose of this study is to evaluate the risk of CITIC Bank's supply chain financial business in the process of development.By building a more complete risk evaluation model,the use of scientific evaluation methods to evaluate business risks,in order to provide CITIC Bank with some guidance for its risk management.In the first part,this paper summarizes the development of CITIC Bank's supply chain finance business,analyses four types of financing modes and processes of CITIC Bank's supply chain finance,and identifies five main risks according to different sources of risk factors affecting CITIC Bank's supply chain finance.In the second part,a complete risk evaluation index system is selected,and the weight determination method and risk estimation method of the risk evaluation system are selected.In the third part,this paper chooses the actual case of CITIC Bank's supply chain finance to carry out risk assessment and analysis,which verifies the applicability of the risk assessment model constructed in this paper.Finally,this paper summarizes the conclusions of this study,and puts forward relevant suggestions on the supply chain financial risk management and control of CITIC Bank.
