In recent years,with China's rapid development economic of economy and the explosive growth of e-commerce and other emerging industries,the logistics industry has experienced unprecedented prosperity.At present,with the implementation of"One Belt And One Road" strategy,logistics enterprises in China are faced with the opportunity of great development,and express enterprises will have a broad development space.There are many express and logistics enterprises in China,among whom the homogeneous competition is very fierce.It is a time of both opportunities and challenges for logistics enterprises.If an enterprise wants to survive and develop more durable,stable financial support is very important.Financing properly and seizing the developing opportunity to take off is very important for S.F.Holding.In this paper,S.F.Holding Co.ltd.is selected as a case to study,because S.F.Holding is one of the most representative logistics enterprises in China.This paper uses such research methods as case analysis,ratio analysis,combining theory with practice and so on.On the basis of collecting and reading a lot of papers an thesis,this paper discusses the problems of the financing management of S.F.Holding.In this paper,the financing environment of S.F.Holding is analyzed in detail from both macro and micro perspectives.On the basis of a lot of data,this paper introduces the main financing behaviors and financing methods of S.F.Holding,and analyzes its financing structure.On this basis,combined with the relevant financing management theory,the existing problems in the financing management are put forward:single financing channel,unreasonable financing structure,etc.Besides,based on the current situation of enterprises and industry,the reasons for the problems are analyzed.From the perspective of enterprise itself and government,this paper proposes solutions,including improving enterprise management,increasing endogenous financing,completing capital market and so on.It is hoped that it can not only provide suggestions for the financing management of S.F.Holding,but also provide references for other enterprises in the logistics industry.Finally,according to the analysis of the foreword,this paper puts forward the enlightenment from the financing problem of S.F.Holding,and summarizes the whole content.
