In the era of "big data",in order to effectively improve the efficiency of resource management,the concept of shared management emerged as the times require.Usually,in highway construction,material cost accounts for a large proportion of the totle cost of physical engineering.Therefore,the management of material purchase draws much concern of the project manager.In the process of construction,the material purchase of each segment is managed separately.To ensure the constructional fluency in a schedule,the minimum material inventory space should meet the requirement of the maximum consumption,and when the consumption is not at peak,there will be a redundancy in inventory space and transportation machinery.Thus,this thesis aimed to apply the shared management concept to material purchase management to improve material purchasing inventory space and transportation machinery efficiency.Firstly,according to the common problems and research status of material purchase management,this thesis defined the concept of sharing management in material purchase from the perspective of the efficiency improvement in terms of resource utilization.Secondly,taking the minimum total inventory cost as the optimization goal,the theory of the thesis is to use the float time of each working procedure to stagger the peak period of each segmental material consumption.Then,assuming the existence of uncertain factors in highway construction,the thesis used fuzzy mathematics and management strategy of economic order batch inventory to determine the purchasing period and quantity of each period.Thirdly,taking the minimum material occupation and transportation cost as the optimal objective,based on the constraint condition of the safe inventory of each segment,the thesis used particle swarm optimization algorithm to determine the inventory area of each segment and the stock of materials in each period of each segment.Also,the cost interval of material transportation and the efficiency of material transportation machinery were analyzed under the sharing concept.Finally,through the case study,the thesis studied the benefit of applying the shared management idea to the optimization of the material purchase management in the process of highway construction.According to the result of case analysis,the application of the shared management to the procurement management of highway construction materials breaks down the barriers of the traditional construction process.Also,it effectively reduces the cost of purchase management,improves the efficiency of material transportation machinery,and provides the decision basis for project managers.Thus,practical value of the shared management can be seen.
