With the development of the economy,Chinese enterprises have gradually strengthened their attention to the company's internal control.However,there is still a gap between the current Chinese enterprises' management of internal control and the developed countries.There are still problems such as unreasonable internal audit department staff,imperfect internal control system,insufficient management and staff internal control awareness,and insufficient internal control over control activities.But as a guarantee for the normal process of business operation,internal control is very important for the steady development of enterprises and the implementation of corporate development strategies.Because of the characteristics of supermarket such as large circulation,wide distribution area and many kinds of commodities,supermarkets' internal control is more complicated and concealed.In recent years,the e-commerce industry has sprung up,which has affected the status of the traditional retail industry.At this time,for chain supermarket companies,perfect internal control can better prevent risks both inside and outside the enterprise and achieve long-term development goals.Therefore,it is necessary to study the internal control not only from the perspective of people's life but also the survival of retail supermarkets.This paper uses case analysis to conduct a series of studies on the internal control of Chinese large supermarket-WJ company.As a subsidiary of the HR Group,WJ company has always been a leader in the retail industry in China.I have conducted research on WJ supermarket JV east China business unit's internal control through field research,interviews,and walk-through testing.At the same time,I sorted out the implementation status of WJ supermarket JV east China business unit's internal control and combined with the company's existing processes and systems to analyze the problems found in its internal control.Then,after learning the "Inner Internal Control Specifications" and the management experiences of large-scale supermarket,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for the related problems of WJ supermarket JV east China business unit.This will promote the internal control management of WJ supermarket JV east China business unit,and it will also have certain significant referencece for other supermarkets.
