Research On The Impact Of The Construction Of Enterprise Internal Control System On Enterprise Performance

In recent years,The enterprise performance has suffered serious losses from time to time,because of the failure of internal control,which exposed the serious deficiencies in internal control of Chinese enterprises.With the introduction of the basic Standard of Enterprise Internal Control,the internal control is pushed to the climax again.In this paper,the author researches the correlation between internal control and enterprise performance in order to attention to the internal control.So it can promote to development the enterprises.Firstly,based on the research and practice of internal control and enterprise performance,this paper puts forward the research proposition.Based on the principal-agent theory,signaling theory,stakeholder theory and risk management theory,this paper analyzes the impact of the five objectives of internal control on enterprise performance,which lays a foundation for the research of hypothesis.According to the principle of selecting reasonable indicators,combing the relevant literature,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the construction of internal control system.On the basis of theoretical analysis,using the empirical research method,it investigates the influence of internal control on enterprise performance.The empirical research part mainly combines the empirical data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2017 years and uses principal component analysis to extract the main factors of internal control strategic objectives and operational efficiency objectives.The variables of strategic objectives and operational efficiency objectives,reporting objectives and legal compliance objectives,and asset safety objectives are respectively used as explanatory variables to describe the performance of the enterprise.Correlation analysis and linear regression analysis are used to study the effect of five target indices of internal control on firm performance.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,the conclusion of the study is drawn.
