Study On Purchasing Business Internal Contro Based On Shangri-la Hotel Xian

With the increase of star hotel in xi 'an region,the hotel competition between enterprises,in the face of the complicated industry environment change,requirements Shangri-La Hotel Xian management thinking,means and methods of change and innovation.To supervise and control the purchasing business internal control,its importance and effectiveness in the management of the hotel industry get more and more recognition.To take what kind of way to achieve effective for Shangri-La Hotel Xian procurement business internal control,is the goal of this study.For this reason,this article selects the Shangri-La Hotel Xian procurement implementation way of internal control as the research object,hope to be able to theoretically and practically to its procurement scheme to improve the internal control work.This paper roughly divided into four parts,firstly the research background and significance,research objects,the train of thought and basic framework and the use of the theory of tools was performed in this paper.The second part to the Shangri-La Hotel Xian and its analysis of the characteristics of the procurement process as the starting point of the study,according to the analysis conclusion Shangri-La Hotel Xian procurement business internal control difficulty and vulnerabilities mainly purchasing environment,quality of procurement,procurement time,purchasing cost' control is insufficient;The third part is the core of this article to the procurement business internal control deficiencies as the foundation,to stabilize the quality of raw materials,control the purchase price,improve the efficiency of procurement for the principle,according to the difficulty and vulnerabilities targeted for purchasing business internal control improvement scheme and key control points;The fourth part discusses the scheme is carried out in order,in the process of implementation of the construction of environment and the implementation of security.
