Credit Risk Management Of Small And Micro Enterprises

Although the number of SMEs in China accounts for more than 90%of the total number of domestic enterprises and bear more than 70%of the tax and employment,the credit of SMEs has always been one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of SMEs in China.But with China’s economy entering the L-shaped,China’s banking industry "lay back to make money" has gone forever,a large number of commercial banks,especially small and medium-sized commercial banks must gradually attach importance to the SME credit market,gradually open this market.However,due to the problems of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as poor credit,less collateral assets and opaque financial management,small and medium-sized banks lack corresponding theoretical support and case experience in developing credit business for small and micro enterprises,and there are many problems in risk management.Taking Xiamen Bank’s credit business for small and micro enterprises as an example,combining with the current situation and existing problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions for establishing a comprehensive credit risk management system for small and micro enterprises,and puts forward a number of suggestions and measures for China’s commercial banks to manage the credit risk of small and micro enterprises,including the establishment of special small and micro finance.Business Departments,Construction of Internal Credit Rating System for Small and Micro Enterprises,Strengthening Cooperation with External Organizations,Enriching Small and Micro Financial Products and Services,Establishing Loan Risk Pricing Mechanism,Perfecting Top-level Risk Management Design,Perfecting Risk Control System and Organizational Framework,Concrete Establishment of Wind Control System,Enriching Small and Micro Financial Products Products and services.
