| As the trend of global economic integration intensifies,enterprises are facing an increasingly fierce market competition environment.How to take strategic actions and gain competitive advantage in the fierce commercial war has become a major challenge faced by almost all enterprises.Enterprises that "only work hard and cannot look up" can no longer control the complicated situation and competitive environment.The influence and decisive significance of the strategy on the rapid development of a business are undeniable.Financial management is an important component of business management practices,business management finance must have the appropriate strategic concepts and strategic thinking.Financial Strategic Management is the product of organic combination of finance and strategic management.Financial strategic management can effectively implement the enterprise’s will to all levels of business management and better realize the enterprise’s deep-seated value goals.From a financial point of view,many of the strategic management issues of enterprises belong to the category of financial strategy management,and many successful M & A events have a deep imprint of financial strategy management.As a big country with rapid development in the process of transformation,China’s internal and external environment for production and operation is significantly different from that of western enterprises.Its development faces many intricate problems,most of which are directly or indirectly manifested as financial problems.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully grasp and effectively solve these problems from a strategic height to ensure the healthy development of our country’s enterprises and the sustained economic growth in our country.At present,there are many articles on researching financial strategies at home and abroad.However,most of the articles selected in these articles are heavy asset companies such as real estate,and there are few case studies that specifically address the financial strategies of apparel manufacturing companies.Most of the research contents are from the life cycle and financial strategy.From the perspective of matrix theory and other theories,there are few cases that combine the current financial strategy of the company with the business model and dynamically analyze the company’s financial strategy.This article will start with strategy-related theories and financial strategy-related theories,select Heilan Home,the leading enterprise in the apparel industry,as the research object,and formulate its financial strategy based on the analysis of financial strategic objectives and internal and external environmental strategic environment.The implementation of the specific strategy was analyzed,and the effectiveness of the implementation of its financial strategy was finally summarized and evaluated.Five experiences and inspirations were derived,which provided references for the formulation and implementation of related corporate financial strategies.However,this article only selects the Heilan Home in the apparel manufacturing industry for analysis.The sample data are insufficient.The conclusions obtained will be contingent and have certain limitations.When referring,it is necessary to make corresponding adjustments according to the specific situation of the company. |
