With the rapid development of logistics and communication industry,communication and logistics industry is facing great development prospect and market potential.However,at present,there are many problems in the communication and logistics industry,such as inadequate warehouse network planning,scattered logistics resources,unreasonable node layout planning,low utilization rate of some warehouses,outdated replenishment strategy and high replenishment cost.How to reasonably plan the warehousing network,improve the warehousing replenishment strategy,improve the logistics efficiency and reduce the logistics cost has become the top priority of the communication logistics industry.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the communication logistics industry,this paper conducts warehousing planning research,designs a scientific warehousing network structure,carries out a reasonable layout of warehousing network nodes,and develops an effective warehousing replenishment strategy.Firstly,in view of the communication dispersion,low efficiency of logistics,logistics industry logistics resources shortage response problem not in time,in the original storage network structure to increase distribution warehouse hierarchy integration supplies supplies centrally allocate,and combining the tree network and multiple hub assigned corresponding shaft radial network advantage,build 5 level tree-shaft radial composite network,improve the network out of stock response ability and the logistics efficiency.Secondly,in view of the unreasonable communication logistics node layout planning,part of the problem of low utilization ratio of inventory,combined with the communication node warehouse logistics industry with its own warehouse and rented warehouse of a combination of distribution warehouse and distribution center location selection,constructing considering its own warehouse site selection of mixed integer programming model,and by using genetic algorithm.Thirdly,in view of the communication logistics warehouse replenishment strategy is unreasonable,replenishment to the problem of high cost,consider communication logistics replenishment exist random demand and resource constraints,volatility caused by random demand,combined with the ABC inventory management method to build the safety stock and fuzzy theory is introduced based on the fuzzy random demand constraint joint replenishment model,and design the adaptive double populations differential evolution algorithm in parallel.Finally,taking company A as an example,the warehousing planning has effectively reduced the logistics cost and replenishment cost of company A,and verified the scientific and reasonable nature of the research.
