Research On The Issues And Countermeasures Of Fund-raising Of Biomedicine Big Health Industry Fund Of Yunnan H Company

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),China's economy has encountered the "new normal" development pattern.Inheriting such trend,China's economic development will fully enter the "new normal" development track during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,which is the window phase to comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society,fully consolidate governing system and governing capabilities,and implement scientific development.The 19th National Congress of CPC pointed out that the direction of China's economic development will shift from high-speed mode to high-quality mode,lead the "new normal" economic development and drive supply-side structural reforms to build a modern economic system.The government guided industry investment fund(GGIIF)is a fiscal innovation.It is equity investment fund involves government capital and leveraged market capital.With sufficient statistical and theoretical references from both domestics and overseas,this dissertation studies the fund-raising activities of a GGIIF,Yunnan Bio-pharmaceutical&Health Industry Investment Fund(Yunnan BHI Fund),managed by Yunnan H Equity Investment Fund Management Co.,Ltd.(H company),graphs the actuality of GGIIF in both national and provincial scope,explores the difficulties on fund-raising activities of Yunnan BHI Fund,and tries to find feasible solutions to those difficulties.This dissertation takes fund-raising activities as the main-line,firstly introduces background and significance of choosing such topic,summarizes literature references and research methodologies.Secondly,it elaborates definitions including fund,private equity fund and industry investment fund etc.Thirdly,it presents how GGIIF runs nationally and provincially,and then employs WHYs analysis on the fund-raising activities of Yunnan BHI Fund.Lastly,the dissertation carries out a modified fund-raising prospectus for both H company's and peers' future fund-raising activities.
