Study On Social Responsibility Fulfillment And Information Disclosure Of Commercial Banks

After the reform and opening-up,China's economic development rate has been greatly improved,the national comprehensive strength has been strengthened,but at the same time,it is facing more and more serious problems such as employment,resources,product quality,environment,unfair social distribution and education.These problems exert great pressure on our country's economic development in the future.With the increasingly mature market economy,the social responsibility of enterprises has gradually become a stakeholder evaluation of the enterprise's important standards and basis.In this study,the author makes a systematic analysis of the social responsibility of Chinese commercial banks by means of literature analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,comparative study and case study.In the first chapter,the paper introduces the research background,research significance,research aim and content as well as research method and innovation.The second chapter combs,summarizes and reviews the relevant theoretical literatures of corporate social responsibility,such as stakeholder theory,corporate citizenship theory,signaling theory and transaction cost theory,and analyzes the specialty of commercial banks,and unifies our national conditions,Based on the object of social responsibility of commercial banks,the concrete connotation of corporate social responsibility of Chinese commercial banks is defined from six aspects.In the third chapter,we analyze the social responsibility project management and information disclosure of commercial Bank in our country based on the statistical report of CSR performance,project management and information disclosure.In the fourth chapter,taking Ping An bank as a case,analyzing the status quo of social responsibility fulfillment and information disclosure,and comparing and analyzing the social responsibility fulfillment of many banks at home and abroad,taking the project management of Orange Fund as an example,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the social responsibility project management and information disclosure of Ping an bank.In the fifth chapter,we summarize the main research conclusions it also puts forward the policy suggestion of perfecting the social Responsibility Project management and information disclosure of commercial Bank,including promoting the importance of commercial bank to social responsibility by publicizing the public supervision power,and establishing a Social responsibility evaluation index of the industry standard,and making a prospect for this research.
