Since the concept of emotional labor has been proposed, this form of labor, which is different from mental and physical labor, has attracted widespread attention from both academic and practical circles at home and abroad. On the basis of the definition of emotional labor, how to deal with or face the problem of emotional labor has surfaced. Therefore, two methods of dealing with emotional labor, namely, emotional labor strategy, are further proposed. The research on emotional labor has developed to this day. From the perspective of research results, compared with foreign countries,China has a small number of researches on emotional labor, and mainly focuses on the field of psychology. Therefore, the primary purpose of this study is to increase the research on emotional labor and attract more attention from academics and enterprises. In addition,in the current research, scholars generally confuse emotional labor with emotional labor strategies, and do not discriminate. When exploring the factors affecting their antecedents, they often refer to emotional labor.Few studies focus on employees'emotional labor strategies. The antecedents of choice. At the same time, the existing factors in the existing research are mostly static factors such as personality traits and physiological characteristics, and little attention is paid to dynamic factors. Therefore, the second purpose of this study is to explore what factors affect employees' choice of emotional labor strategies and how they affect employee choice. In addition,in today's stressful times, employees in all walks of life are subject to pressure from both work and family.Undoubtedly, compared to other industries, these pressures will generate more for those who need emotional labor.Impact.So,how will the role pressure as a widespread presence in various positions affect emotional labor workers? How to influence the employee's emotional labor strategy choice? This is the question that this study will explore. At the same time,in the workplace,in addition to the customers and their direct leadership, the impact of the direct leadership on the subordinate employees is multifaceted and very complicated. Therefore, the influence of the leadership behavior on the employees has always been a long time in the academic world. The subject of research on decline. When China has measured or judged monarchs and leaders since ancient times,in addition to valued talents, another important factor is "benevolence." The so-called "benevolence" is kindness, tolerance, and tolerance.Looking back from history, the concept of inclusive leadership has made people more aware of the importance of leadership inclusive behavior. However,in the research progress of inclusive leadership, the country is still in its infancy, and the research results are few.The comprehensive research combining its theory with emotional labor is very few. Therefore, this study makes the impact of inclusive leadership behavior on the relationship between employee'semotional labor strategy choice and role pressure and emotional labor strategy.Specifically, this study focuses on the following two issues:first, the role of employee pressure and how its direct superior inclusive leadership behavior affects their emotional labor strategy choices;and second, how inclusive leadership behavior Affects the relationship between employee role pressure and emotional labor strategy.Firstly, based on the previous studies, this paper sorts out and summarizes the concepts and dimensions of role pressure, inclusive leadership and emotional labor strategy, and through the literature review method, determines the resource preservation theory and work requirements-resource model. As the theoretical basis of this paper,on the basis of this,a theoretical model of the relationship between the three is constructed and the hypothesis of the relationship between role pressure, inclusive leadership and emotional labor strategy is proposed.Secondly, this paper selects the front-line employees in the sales industry as the research object.Through the method of empirical research, using the statistical analysis tools of SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 24.0,the factor analysis and correlation analysis of the questionnaire data are carried out,and the theoretical model is further developed.Verification, the research results show that:(1)Role pressure significantly affects emotional labor strategies.Role pressure plays a positive role in the surface play and has a negative effect on the deep play;(2)Inclusive leadership significantly affects emotional labor strategies.Inclusive leadership has a negative effect on the surface play and has a positive effect on deep play;(3)Inclusive leadership plays a role in regulating the relationship between role pressure and emotional labor strategy. The higher the employee-perceived inclusive leadership, the smaller the positive impact of role pressure on the surface;on the contrary, the greater the positive impact of role pressure on the surface. The higher the inclusive leadership perceived by employees, the smaller the negative impact of role pressure on deep play;on the contrary, the greater the negative impact of role pressure on deep play. Finally, according to the research conclusions of this paper,it puts forward clear work requirements and choices on how to reduce the role pressure of employees, how to guide employees to carry out emotional labor that is beneficial to enterprises, and how to relieve employees' emotional labor from the perspective'of enterprises.Appropriate leadership styles, and strengthening the education and training of managers and employees in emotional labor, hope to play a role in guiding employees to play deeper, provide better services to customers and improve organizational performance.
