Since the reform and opening up,China’s private enterprises in promoting economic growth,reducing unemployment,and many other aspects of the role,at the same time,China’s private enterprises have been a long development.And the new round of deepening reform of the eighteen major will also bring the further development of the private economy of our country.It is indisputable,the private enterprise of our country is in the form of family business.Even if we look at the world,the percentage of family firms in the form of this organization also reached 80%.S SDZ group is a large number of family business representatives,20 years of the company’s development process for us to tell the birth and growth of a family business.In this thesis,the SDZ group is the main line of corporate governance transformation of the family enterprise,which shows the SDZ group from the creation of the corporate governance events in different stages of development.Describe it in different stages of development,how to adjust the corporate governance based on the internal and external environment conditions,and to obtain and maintain the sustainable competitive advantage of the Surety Company.The purpose is to analyze how the corporate governance of family firm is different,and it should be optimized,and provide valuable reference for the optimization of governance system.
