Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly and has become the main representative of emerging markets. However, with the gradual slowdown of China's economic growth, problems such as irrational economic structure and unbalanced regional development have gradually emerged, and the problem of overcapacity caused by rapid economic growth needs to be resolved. The initiative of"The Belt and Road" has opened up the channel for China's excess capacity output, creating favorable opportunities for the adjustment of China's economic structure, and creating opportunities for the development of the countries along "The Belt and Road" and the global economic recovery.Enterprises are the main body and backbone of the construction of "The Belt and Road".The construction of "The Belt and Road" also brings new opportunities for Chinese enterprises to "go out",and promoting the "going out" of Chinese enterprises is a key issue in the construction of "The Belt and Road".How to better carry out internationalization under the strategy of "The Belt and Road" has become the most concerned issue for enterprises.Firstly, the paper summarizes the relevant definitions and connotations of enterprise internationalization, sorts out the relevant theories of enterprise internationalization and the research status at home and abroad, and preliminarily lays the theoretical foundation for the research on the factors affecting the internationalization of enterprises. Then,it analyzes the background and connotation of the Belt and Road Initiative and the opportunities and challenges of enterprise internationalization.Based on the construction principles of the indicator system, the index system of the factors affecting the internationalization of enterprises was initially established from the five dimensions of individual, team, enterprise, industry and country. Then the expert system is used to test the rationality of the indicator system, and the final model of international influence factors is determined. In the model, the first-level indicators include five dimensions:individual, team, enterprise, industry and country. The second-level indicators include 14 factors, such as entrepreneur human capital, entrepreneur social capital, top management team characteristics mean, heterogeneity of top management team characteristics, basic characteristics of enterprises, technological capabilities, strategic orientation, etc.Based on this model, through the comparative analysis of various research methods, the DANP method was selected as the main research method of this paper, which was used to analyze the index weight of international influence factors. The expert scoring data was collected by questionnaire survey, and the data was calculated and processed by MATLAB software. The centrality, cause and weight of each dimension and influencing factors were obtained, and the network relationship diagram of influencing factors was drawn. Finally, based on the established influencing factors model,H company was selected as the research object, and Thailand was used as the target country. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to conduct a case study on the internationalization of H company.According to the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for the internationalization of H company.
