Agricultural listed companies are helping to promote the development of market economy,and the traditional agricultural development model is a big obstacle to the development of enterprises.High-quality information disclosure can facilitate rapid economic development in the Chinese economy,which is the premise of the financing plan of the financiers.Agricultural market prestige rapid ascension cannot leave the information disclosure of listed companies,and other various industries is not consistent,listed companies in agricultural development has many uncertain factors,and the change of the natural environment are highly correlated,and the agricultural listed companies relative to other types of listed companies started late,and the number is less,under many factors that make the information disclosure quality is often neglected.In recent years,the study of agriculture listed company information disclosure quality has gradually increased,but the results still comparison limitation,basically confined to the biological assets measurement,accounting standards change and agricultural accounting related factors.In this paper,the research emphasis of S co.,LTD.Quality of information disclosure,in learning related basic theoretical knowledge,sums up the domestic and foreign research results,taken from theoretical study to the case study research train of thought,the key learning agricultural factors influencing the quality of information disclosure of listed companies at home and abroad.In this paper,the main problems of information disclosure quality of S co.,LTD.Are summarized.Second S co.,LTD.The quality of information disclosure in research at the same time,and the agriculture listed company information disclosure quality compare,respectively from the information disclosure of the truthfulness,accuracy and timeliness,sufficiency four aspects.Moreover,according to the characteristics of agricultural listed companies and its own situation,the main influencing factors of information disclosure quality are studied.Finally,the Suggestions for improving the quality of the information disclosure of the company and the agricultural listed company are put forward.Through the research of this paper,it is proposed to improve the quality of the information disclosure of the company and the whole agricultural public company.All in all,the study of this paper provides a case study for improving the quality of information disclosure of the whole agricultural listed company.
