As the sustained development of the world economy and the rapid growth of the national economy of China,the private wealth is in the process of continuous accumulation.People are getting rely on financial business which is becoming increasingly prominent in promoting social economy.The sustained and rapid development of personal financial business provides a lasting impetus for the development of commercial banks.In the commercial banking business system.personal financial business is bringing increasing profit share which has become an important profit growth point for banks.With the deepening reform of the financial market system and the adjustment of the market structure,with the development of information technology,Internet finance is facing an opportunity to develop and promote the vigorous development of Internet finance.In this situation,it not only brings opportunities for personal financial business development,but also giving its enormous challenges.In recent years coupled with the growing level of personal income,people's investment concept has become more and more mature and the personal business of the banking industry has changed from a single demand stage for savings deposits to a multi-level comprehensive demand stage for personal finance,which integrates savings,investment and financing.At the same time,it provides a broad market demand space for commercial banks to expand their personal financial business.Large and medium-sized enterprises have large capital scale and stable operation which are ideal customers for commercial banks.With the steady progress of economic and social reform,leading major enterprises also began to change.Under the perfect background of the financial market system and the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,what marketing concepts and management modes should be adopted to better attract large and medium-sized enterprises have becoming the key issues to be considered in the business innovation and development of commercial banks.At present,large and medium-sized enterprises are characterized by collectivization of organizations,internationalization of operation and diversification of financing needs.Large and medium-sized enterprises have large volume and high quality customer groups.According to their future development trend,commercial banks should adopt targeted marketing strategies accordin to the characteristics of large and medium-sized enterprises.Based on this,this thesis starts with the personal financial business of large and medium-sized enterprises,and takes the personal financial business of large and medium-sized enterprises of Industrial and Commercial Bank of Yanbian as my personal analysis's object.Firstly,I would interpret the current situation of Yanbian Branch's personal business operation in the recent stage.Secondly,the problems in marketing are analyzed.Finally,combining with the excellent cases of banks in other regions and practical experience,the paper below puts forward reasonable countermeasures.
