| Due to the accelerating globalization process,the increasing scale of enterprises and the emergence of product diversification,the operating costs of enterprises are rising,while the management efficiency is declining.Therefore,many large enterprises have begun to explore new management methods to solve these problems.problem.China has begun to implement financial sharing services for a short period of time,relevant theoretical research is not comprehensive enough and there are few successful implementations.Therefore,in order to make financial sharing services better serve large enterprises in China,this paper mainly adopts normative research and experience summary.The method uses the basic theory of financial shared services to study the problems that arise in the application of large enterprises in China.Based on the basic theory of existing financial sharing services,this paper focuses on the case of Suning Tesco’s implementation of financial sharing services,analyzes the steps of establishing financial sharing service centers and the results obtained,and summarizes the following four aspects of experience and inspiration: 1)Improve information systems and strengthen information integration;(2)Adopt cloud computing technology to enhance mobile office;(3)Strengthen optimization process and build big data analysis model;(4)Improve employee performance appraisal system and improve management system.At the same time,combined with the implementation status and specific problems of financial sharing services in China,the corresponding solutions are given for these problems,and a step for implementing financial sharing services for large enterprises in China is proposed,which is mainly for the subsequent implementation of financial sharing services.Enterprises provide guidance and reference.Therefore,this paper draws on the experience and enlightenment of implementing the financial sharing service of Suning Tesco,combined with theproblems existing in the implementation of financial sharing services by large enterprises in China,and proposes corresponding solutions,specifically optimizing the financial sharing service information system and cultivating financial compound type.Talents,strengthen the execution of process management systems and improve the performance appraisal system.Only by continuously improving and developing financial sharing services through these four aspects can we improve and improve the level of financial sharing services applied by large enterprises in China.At the same time,this paper also proposes the implementation steps suitable for the financial sharing services of large enterprises in China from three stages and six steps,which provides some guiding significance for the practice of large enterprises in the future.In addition,the future development trend of financial sharing services must be combined with cloud computing and big data to make full use of the development of intelligent technology.Therefore,large enterprises in China must seize the opportunity to actively innovate the information system. |
