Compared with developed countries such as Europe and the United States,China's research on equity incentives is relatively backward.At present,there are few successful equity incentive cases.The domestic research on equity incentives is mainly based on empirical research,and the study finds that the implementation of equity incentive programs can improve the management level and company performance to a certain extent.All of the many equity incentive cases that have been implemented by listed companies do not have achieved the expected results,and some even continued to decline after the implementation of equity incentives.The result is caused by many factors,so the implementation of equity incentives should consider the characteristics of the company's own business environment,development stage,shareholding structure and so on.It is especially important to study and design an equity incentive plan that is in line with the company's own characteristics.This paper takes the two-time equity incentive plan implemented by Jiangte Motor as the research object,analyzes the implementation effect of the equity incentive plan based on the specific situation and industry characteristics of the enterprise,and obtains the experience that can be learned from and the problems that need to pay attention to,and get useful inspiration from it.The enlightenment would help the same type of enterprises or similar enterprises aware of the factors that need to be paid attention to when designing the equity incentive plan,and provides a reference for effectively designing the equity incentive plan and predicting the implementation effect.The research results show that the main changes after the implementation of the equity incentive plan by Jiangte Motor(1)the company's operating profit and total profit have increased significantly.The equity incentive plan has stimulated the employee's work enthusiasm and subjective initiative,and improved the company's financial performance.And on the premise of a substantial increase in profits,the company's asset-liability ratio has remained at a relatively reasonable level,playing the role of financial leverage as much as possible.However,the impact of the implementation of equity incentives on the company's operational capabilities is not obvious.(2)The scale of the company has been expanded,the core team of the company has been stabilized,and the efficiency of corporate governance has been significantly improved.However,there are still some core employees leaving the company.Since the equity cannot be exercised,the incentive effect on the incentive object has not achieved the expected effect.(3)The company's profits have been greatly improved,and positive results have been achieved,however the equity incentive plan still has its shortcomings:the single incentive model and the high performance appraisal indicators causing most employee options to be unauthorized.Through the research on the implementation of the equity incentive plan of Jiangte Motor,it is found that when designing the equity incentive plan,the company needs to consider the macro environment and its own situation to scientifically formulate performance indicators,reasonably select incentive targets and appropriately determine the incentive intensity.
