Research On The Value Evaluation Of Kangmei Pharmaceutical Based On EVA

2018 is a vital year for deepening the reform of the medical and health system.Pharmaceutical enterprises have received strong support from national policies,and achieved unprecedented development in investment and enterprise scale.Pharmaceutical companies have gradually attracted the attention of investors.Whether for investors to make reasonable investment decisions for pharmaceutical companies,or for their own management and development needs,the leader needs to accurately assess the value of the company.At the same time,the EVA was proposed by the US Stern Stewart Management Consulting Company in the 1990s and has been widely used in the evaluation of corporate value in various industries.EVA is a very effective value evaluation indicator.To understand the value of pharmaceutical companies well,it is necessary to evaluate the value of the company.This paper firstly expounds the value assessment of background,significance and status at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the concept of value assessment,the method of traditional value evaluation and the related theory of EVA.The comparative analysis method is used to expound the cost method,market method and income method.The advantages and disadvantages in assessing the value of the company,while pointing out that the EVA method of valuation in the income method can truly reflect the value of the enterprise.Then it introduces the company profile and operation status of the Kangmei Pharmaceutical,and analyzes the feasibility of the Kangmei Pharmaceutical's evaluation based on EVA method.Then the EVA method was performed in Kangmei Pharmaceutical's enterprise value assessment,through calculation of historical EVA for Kangmei Pharmaceutical,the prediction of future EVA,thus assessing the corporate value of Kangmei Pharmaceutical,and comparing the evaluation results with the market value.Finally,it puts forward the problems existing in the application of EVA method by Kangmei Pharmaceutical and gives constructive suggestions for improvement.
