P2P network lending platform started in Britain in 2005.Domestic P2 P network lending platform started in 2006 after the European and American countries. On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign P2 P network lending platform, there are many new operation modes. However, based on the current domestic industry situation, because the credit system is not perfect, and the level of development of the P2 P industry varies greatly,it is necessary to establish a set of strategies that can comprehensively analyze and early warn the risks. At the same time, combined with the effective regulatory policies of the government,in order to make the P2 P industry develop healthily and sustainably.Based on the risk management theory of domestic P2 P network lending platform and factor analysis method, this thesis selects 10 indicators to quantify the risk of P2 P network lending platform, and uses KLR signal lamp model, establishes a single factor risk pre-warning system and a comprehensive factor risk pre-warning system. The risk of P2 P network lending platform is forewarned. The results show that operational factors, flow factors and revenue factors have a negative impact on the risk of the platform, while risk factors have a positive impact on the risk of the platform. The results of platform risk early warning based on KLR signal model show that there are favorable networks, credit,Lu Jinfu, aiqianjin, pleasant loans, everyone's loans in the safety zone,Pengjin Institute,Shoujin Network, thick capital finance,Daren Loan and Jiashi Pomegranate in the dangerous zone. Finally, according to the results of the early warning, the corresponding risk prevention suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the platform.
