Research On Enterprise Group Finance Company:Problems And Countermeasures

In order to improve the efficiency of the use of funds of the enterprise group,provide better financial management services for the enterprise group members and ensure the safety of funds,it is of great significance for the enterprise group to centralize the capitals of all enterprise group members.As the key part that helps to strengthen the capital centralized management,the finance company of the enterprise group experienced problems like ambiguous development orientation,restriction of efficiency and slow development in the course of development.Based on the practice of TCL finance company,this paper analyzes the problems encountered in the development process and proposes solutions.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,the research innovations and deficiencies.The second chapter is the analysis of the development status of TCL finance company.It summarizes the existing problems in the operation of the TCL finance company,including fund management needs to be concentrated,the efficiency of resource allocation needs to be promoted,the business scope needs to be expanded,and basic a'bility of the operation needs to be improved.The third chapter is to design the future business development of TCL finance company.In view of the problems existing in the practice of TCL finance company,it proposes the design of future business development,including four aspects:improving the ability of capital concentration,expanding the business development point actively,optimizing the ability of capital management,and strengthening the basic ability of the operation.The fourth chapter is the outlook for the future development of group finance company,and puts forward the direction of future business development and innovation.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and the prospect.With the centralized concentration of funds,the financial management risks have increased,along with the difficulty in controlling the use of funds and providing of financial management services.This paper aims at how to understand the function of finance companies,accurately defining the role of finance companies,bringing forward suggestions of long-term programming,business development,efficiency promotion and abilities construction.It has a far-reaching significance of improving the efficiency of the allocation of r.esources,promoting the development strategy of enterprise group,and enhancing the competitiveness of th e enterprise group.
