A Study On The Social Security Policy Of Landless Peasants In The Process Of Urban-rural Integration

Urban-rural integration is a necessary stage for a country or region to develop to a certain degree,and it is an objective law that does not shift with the will of human beings.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the process of urban-rural integration in China,a large number of rural land has been expropriated and occupied,resulting in the emergence of a unique group of landless farmers in our social group.To establish and perfect the social security policy of land-lost farmers and properly deal with the social security problems of landless farmers,so as to alleviate all kinds of contradictions arising from land expropriation,has gradually become an important work content of governments at all levels in the process of urban-rural integration development.However,due to the influence of many factors,China's land-losing agriculture Although the civil social security policy has been basically established,there are still many problems to be further improved in the supply,implementation and supervision evaluation of the policy.At present,the social security policy of land-lost farmers has become the focus of attention from all walks of life,and it is also an important field to study the problem of land-lost farmers in China.From the point of view of the present research situation,there are more researches on the various specific problems involved in the social security of landless farmers,but there are relatively few studies on the social security policies of land-lost farmers.Especially in the context of urban-rural integration,less research has been done on the whole process of this kind of policy,which is precisely the case.The problem that needs to be explored urgently at present.Based on this,this study takes the social security policy of landless farmers in C city of S Province as the research object.On the basis of reviewing the history and analyzing the present situation,this study tries to find the existing problems and analyze the deep-seated reasons.And then put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the policy.First of all,after analyzing and defining the core concepts of land-lost farmers,urban-rural integration,social security policy,and so on,this paper combs and summarizes the classical theories of justice,welfare economics and social equity respectively.Then from the establishment of the policy,content and operation of the three aspects of the status quo,the general situation of land loss farmers social security policy comb.Secondly,Combined with the background of urban-rural integration construction process,this paper analyzes thedevelopment course of the social security policy of land-lost farmers in C,focusing on the current policy supply,implementation status,supervision and evaluation,and so on.Try to find some practical problems,and explore the deep-seated causes of the problems.Finally,on the basis of reference and reflection on the domestic practice of Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang and so on,combined with the previous analysis and research,under the guidance of relevant classical theories,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social security policy of land-lost farmers.
