Research On B CorP.Financial Strategy Based On Profit Model Optimization

Profit model is a tool for enterprises to achieve profitability and create value,and is the way for the enterprise to obtain profit.A successful profit model is a timely update mechanism that g uides and ensures a business to make money consistently.A best way to solve creative value is b ased on a creative profit model and the optimization of internal and external environment.In the context of comprehensive and in-depth medical reform,pharmaceutical distribution enterprises must adjust their business ideas,establish a profit-making model which is suitable for their own development,and select and implement corresponding financial strategies in order to ensure the company to obtain steady profits.This article adopts the method of case study,the medicine circulation B company as the research object,based on the B pharmaceutical company's existing profit model analysis and its optimization,then choose the suitable profit model around the financial strategy of B company,the profit model of financial strategy selection and B company in close combination,in order to achieve B on the company's future development and play a role in promoting financial goals.This article has six parts:The first part is the introduction.The second part is the summary a nd theoretical analysis of the profit model and financial strategy,and expounds the logical relatio nship between financial strategy and profit model.The third part takes B company as an example,analyzes the existing profit model of Company B,and centers on the core of value and the four elements of profit model,mainly carries on the financial appraisal to each factor of Company B's profit model from the perspective of financial index pointing out the problems and causes of its current profit model.The fourth part puts forward the optimization countermeasure of every factor of B company,s profit model.The fifth part discusses the financial strategy of Company B from aspects of inve stment,financing,dividend distribution and so on,with a view to forming a financial support for the future profitability of Company B.The sixth part elaborates the matters needing attention in t he process of implementing the financial strategy of Company B in order to guarantee the effecti ve implementation of the financial strategy of Company B.The seventh part is the conclusion of this article.By constructing the logical framework of profit model and financial strategy,and taking the pharmaceutical circulation enterprises as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the profit model of the pharmaceutical distribution company B and makes an optimization of its profit model and financial strategy,which means a certain value for the medicine circulation company.
