With the higher and higher standards for fresh food,catering to people's needs is the inevitable requirement of e-commerce's development.However,because of the characteristics of fresh food e-commerce,which is perishable and easy loss,there is no national or trade and local standard for its return and exchange services to make clear requirements,making fresh food e-commerce affected.Although some regions have begun to try to establish standard of return time or refund policy for fresh food e-commerce,it is difficult to balance the return time,sale price and total cost of fresh e-commerce enterprises.At the same time,the return also increases the cost of logistics distribution enterprises,it means that the profits of the members and the coordination of the supply chain system are not guaranteed,which ultimately leads to the rise of fresh food prices.Therefore,this thesis is based on the coordination of fresh food e-commerce supply chain,discussed how to balance the relationship among return period,sales price,freshness,freshness effort and charging strategy.Finally,realized the optimal decision of the fresh food e-commerce supply chain.This thesis studied two different fresh e-commerce supply chain which is single fresh e-commerce enterprise and multiple fresh e-commerce enterprises.Established the stackelberg game model,added the effece of return period,between fresh e-commerce enterprises and logistics distribution enterprises.The return period,sale price,freshness,freshness,freshness effort and charging strategy under centralized and decentralized decision-making were discussed in the single fresh e-commerce enterprise supply chain.In multiple fresh e-commerce enterprises supply chain,it also considered the competitive relationship or partnership among fresh e-commerce enterprises which named semi-decentralized decision-making.Specifically included how to give different selling price,return period among fresh e-commerce enterprises and carry out different charging standards and provide freshness preservation efforts for logistics distribution enterprises.It is found that no matter what type of supply chain,the centralized decision allows for a longer return period when the profit maximization.if the returns deadline increases to a critical value,the increasing of the returns deadline will reduce the profit of the logistics distribution enterprise,which is not willing to provide the corresponding fresh-keeping level.In multiple fresh e-commerce enterprises supply chain logistics distribution enterprises need to raise the charging standards to fight against the loss of profits caused by the cooperation between fresh e-commerce enterprises.when the unit return loss is the same,it will not reduce the profits of both parties.When two fresh e-commerce enterprise are identical,which can reach the profit level of single fresh e-commerce enterprises in the supply chain,but formed partnerships is not the best choice.When two retailers cooperate,the difference of profit distribution is negatively correlated with the difference of return period and total unit cost,positively correlated with the difference of freshness.The total profit is inverted except total unit cost Collaboration with logistics distribution enterprises can achieve higher overall profits,but it can aggravates the gap in price between fresh e-commerce enterprises When some conditions are met.On the basis of the conclusions,an effective contract coordination mechanism was designed separately for the two supply chain.It is founded that Pareto optimization can be achieved only when the charging strategy of logistics distribution enterprises must be determined before forming an alliance and met certain conditions.By adjusting the contract coordination coefficient,we can realize the different income distribution ratio of total profit between fresh e-commerce and logistics distribution enterprises under the Pareto optimum of supply chain.Finally,The validity of the conclusion was verified by simulation.
