Research On Industrial Correlation Effect Of Five Northwest Provinces Based On Input-output Table

Maintaining a reasonable industrial structure based on the internal linkages of the industry is the basic premise for promoting economic growth.Therefore,the characteristics of industrial structure are crucial to the development of regional economy.With the introduction and development of the Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative and the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the state is implementing a series of policies to narrow the gap between the eastern and western economic development,but the gap between the northwest region and the national economic development is still increasing.Large,this is not only related to the special natural environment and the backward economic foundation of the northwest region,but also related to factors such as the irrational structure of the industry.Therefore,the focus of the article is to use the input-output table to study the correlation effects between the five provinces in the northwest.The purpose is to explore the rationality of the current industrial structure in the five northwestern provinces,and to provide a basis for the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and the formulation of relevant policies.The main content of this paper is to analyze the overall situation of the industrial structure of the five northwest provinces,i.e.the overall economic situation and the industrial structure situation.It is found that the industrial structure of the five northwest provinces has gradually evolved into the pattern of "three,two and one".The proportion of the first production has been decreasing year by year,the proportion of the second production has been increasing rapidly,the tertiary industry has been upgrading,and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and rational.Secondly,based on the input-output table of the five northwest provinces in 2012,through the analysis of the input structure,the correlation effect,the ripple effect and the induced dependence of the final demand on the industry,the paper studies the correlation effect among the industries.The most important thing is to clarify the leading industries in the five northwest provinces.The same leading industries in the five northwest provinces include paper printing and culture and education.Sports goods industry,chemical products industry and metal smelting and calendering products industry belong to the low-end manufacturing sector,while each province has its own advantages.Xinjiang has abundant energy resources such as coal,oil and natural gas.Qinghai and Ningxia metallurgical industry and special hydropower energy industry are its advantages.Gansu has abundant non-ferrous metal resources,and Shaanxi’s high-end manufacturing industry.The industry is the strongest,so it is necessary to integrate the superior industrial resources of the five northwest provinces,that is,to form a series of industrial chains,to build Xinjiang into an energy industrial base,to build Gansu into an industrial base of raw materials,and to build Shaanxi into a manufacturing center of energy equipment,which is a feasible way to promote the coordinated development of the Northwest economy.Finally,using the SDA method of decomposition technology,a deviation analysis model is established to analyze the influencing factors of industrial sector development in each province,including technological progress,final demand(resident consumption,government consumption,total capital formation),and the deviation and contribution of net outflow to the development of industrial sector in each province.
