Research On The Internal Control Of RT Technology Co., Ltd. Under The Framework Of COSO-ERM

With the development of global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market competition,how to maximize their own interests and reduce and avoid various risks by raising funds and operations is a problem faced by every enterprise.Internal control is an important means of improving management efficiency,controlling business risks,and achieving corporate strategic goals.Only by establishing a scientific and efficient internal control system can an enterprise improve its management level,improve its operating efficiency,and ensure its sustainable and healthy development.Any enterprise needs to make specific analysis of the company' s production and operation conditions,specific environment,management methods and other factors in order to establish an internal control system in line with the development of this enterprise,and further apply it to enterprise management practices,and gradually form a complete internal control system.In September 2017,the COSO Committee provided a new theoretical basis for internal control based on the overall framework of internal control and combined with the reporting requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.The report accurately identifies the basic objectives of internal control,namely,helping companies achieve business objectives,complete missions and reduce risks in the business process,and points out that the internal control system is integrated as an infrastructure with the planning,execution,and monitoring functions of management activities.Can respond to the ever-changing objective world.Based on the COSO-ERM framework and the RT company as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the company's risk management through field research and interviews.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,and the research content and methods.The second part is an overview of COSO-ERM related theory and introduces the content of COSO-ERM framework.The third part analyzes the problems of RT company profile and internal control and analyzes the cause of the internal control of RT company.The fourth part applies the COSO-ERM theory,and puts forward suggestions and measures on how to strengthen the internal control management of the enterprise and improve the internal control and management level of the enterprise,which provides a reference for RT Technology Co.,Ltd.to control enterprise risk and improve enterprise competitiveness.The conclusion of the fifth part summarizes the results of this study and looks forward to further research in the future.Through in-depth research and analysis of RT company,based on the comprehensive risk management framework,build a comprehensive risk management system of RT company,improve the level of enterprise risk management,and achieve the effect of“precaution beforehand”.It is expected to have certain reference significance for risk management of SMEs.
