Research On The Evaluation Of Commerce And Trade Logistics Competitiveness Under The Background Of New Era

The main contradictions in our society have undergone a historic transformation under the background of new era.People’s general material and cultural needs have been met,and the good demand for life has become mainstream,which has further expanded the consumption scale of residents and more diversified service needs.The rapid development and popularization of advanced information technology in the new era has led to the improvement of manufacturing quality and intelligent development,which has brought about consumption upgrading and quality consumption.At the same time,the implementation of the "One Belt and One Road Construction"and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei developed by the state,it has brought new opportunities to the development of commerce and trade logistics.At the same time,new commercial technologies,new formats and new models brought by the new era have also brought challenges to traditional commerce and trade logistics.Commerce and trade logistics should be transformed and upgraded to improve the competitiveness of the industry to adapt to the economic characteristics of the development of the new era and to meet the challenges brought about by the development of the new era.Social business development has entered a new paradigm under the background of new era,the competition environment have changed from previous predictability to unpredictability.The new era proposes to abandon the past,facing the future is a huge challenge for business development.At present,many industries still stay in the industrialized era,only focusing on their own competitiveness,focusing on the logic of inheriting experience and accumulating advantages,ignoring some opportunities brought about by the changes of the times and challenge,over-focus on their own competitiveness.In the era of constant development and change,the more original experience,the greater the limitations of thinking,the more unfavorable the competition to the improvement of strength.Therefore,under the background of the new era,commerce and trade logistics must bravely grasp the characteristics of the development of the times,abandon the past,and use innovative thinking modes to create competitiveness to meet the requirements of social development,survival and transformation and upgrading in the new era.Study on the competitiveness of commerce and trade logistics between provinces in China,combined with the transformation of social contradictions under the background of new era,the transformation of consumption patterns and other development backgrounds bring opportunities and challenges to the development of commerce and trade logistics,analysis on how to coultivate the competitiveness of trade and logistics.Based on self-competitiveness,through the analysis of the classic theory of competitiveness,analysis on the theory of competitiveness of the new era,the evaluation model of commercial logistics competitiveness is established.The evaluation system consists of nine first-level,such as production factor competitiveness,market competitiveness,relevant enterprise competitiveness,structural competitiveness,innovation competitiveness,coordination competitiveness,green com--petitiveness,open competitiveness,shared competitiveness.The nine first-level consists of 20 secondary indicators and several tertiary indicators.Through the questionnaire survey to determine the first-level indicators and the weight of the secondary indicator.Secondly,compared the competitiveness evaluation methods to avoid the limitations brought by one evaluation method,two methods of factor analysis and principal component analysis are selected.SPSS25.0 software is used to adopt two methods for 31 provincial trades in China.The first-level indicators of logistics competitiveness are analyzed,and then the weights of the indicators determined by the Delphi method are used to obtain the comprehensive scores of the trade competitiveness of the provinces.In addition,the competition score of the trades and logistics of the provinces is obtained through the combination evaluation of the two methods.Finally,taking Anhui Province as an example to evaluate the development of commerce and trade logistics in Anhui Province,Using swot analysis of commerce and trade logistics in Anhui Province,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the competitiveness of Anhui’s trade and logistics.The research results show that Guangdong Province has the highest comprehensive score of commercial logistics competitiveness,followed by Shanghai and Beijing.These coastal areas have strong competitiveness in trade and logistics,and the competitiveness of western trade and logistics is weak.Anhui’s commerce and trade logistics competitiveness is in the country within the scope of the 14th,in the national middle level.From the composition of commerce and trade logistics competitiveness indicators,Anhui Province’s commerce and trade logistics innovation competitiveness,coordination competitiveness,green competitiveness has certain advantages,basic factors competitiveness,market Competitiveness,related enterprise competitiveness,open competitiveness and shared competitiveness need to be greatly improved.Finally,this paper proposes strategies to enhance the competitiveness of Anhui’s commerce and trade logistics from four aspects:strengthening talent support,building commerce and trade logistics hubs,implementing transformation and upgrading strategies,promoting the internationalization of commerce and trade logistics.
