With the ubiquity of information technology and the development trend of refinement,people’s work and life patterns have undergone subversive changes.As far as work is concerned,the traditional paper office has gradually turned into a digital office.The popularity of various office software has greatly improved people’s work efficiency.As far as life is concerned,daily shopping behavior has been transferred from offline to online.Transfer from the PC side to the mobile side,and gradually realize the transaction by the shopping app.Therefore,it is the focus of all e-commerce companies to stand out from the numerous shopping apps and attract users to continue to use them.Because the shopping app is a consumer platform that connects thousands of households and different individuals,that is,it carries commercial secrets and contains the privacy of consumers,the system security of the platform,the credibility of information and the service attributes.It will become an important factor affecting user choice and continuous use of shopping apps.In view of this,this paper explores the impact of the quality attributes of shopping APP information system on users’ continuous use intention based on the quality of information system quality,and does literature research,model construction,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.In this process,we need to clarify the following three questions: First,whether the shopping APP quality attribute will affect the user’s continued use intention and influence the intensity;Second,the shopping APP quality attribute has an impact on the user’s continued use intention.The process mechanism;third,the intensity of the effect of the mediator variable on the user’s continued use intention.This paper focuses on the above issues,and has carried out literature research,model construction,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.First,in the literature research,this paper starts with the theoretical research on the quality attributes of shopping APP,combs the connotation and extension of the quality attributes of shopping APP,and summarizes the research and model of information system quality and user continuous use intention.It puts forward the judgment of the quality of shopping APP from three aspects of information,system and service,and determines the information quality,system quality,service quality,perceived usefulness and satisfaction through a large number of interviews with users,platform operators and experts and scholars.Variables that affect the user’s continued use of intent.Secondly,the model construction,based on the information system quality attribute perspective,based on the information system success model(D&M)and the information system expectation confirmation model(ECM-IT),constructs the continuous use intention research model of shopping APP users and proposes corresponding hypotheses.Third,the questionnaire survey,this paper based on the maturity scale and interview content to prepare questionnaires,through the online and offline two ways to issue a total of 400 questionnaires,365 questionnaires were recovered,the recovery rate was 91.25%,and the questionnaires were valid after eliminating the unqualified questionnaires.There were 295 questionnaires with an effective rate of 80.82%,which was used as the basis for empirical analysis.Fourth,empirical analysis,this paper first uses SPSS 19.0 to conduct a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire sample to illustrate the basic characteristics of the survey object and the use of shopping APP,and then use AMOS17.0 for confirmatory factor analysis to determine the data.The degree of fitting with the model ensures the scientific nature of the study.Finally,the research hypothesis is tested with AMOS 17.0 and combined with SPSS 19.0 to verify the mediating effect of perceived usefulness and satisfaction.Through the above research,it is concluded that: First,the quality attribute of shopping APP has a significant positive impact on the user’s continued use intention,and the system quality has the most significant impact on the user’s continued use intention.Second,perceived usefulness and satisfaction play a partial role in the impact of the quality attributes of the shopping APP on the user’s continued use intention.Third,perceived usefulness and satisfaction have a significant positive impact on the user’s continued use intention,and the effect of satisfaction is greater than the impact of perceived usefulness.Based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for improving the quality of shopping APP: First,optimize the interaction design,embed multi-display technology,and improve the system quality.Second,improve product information,ensure information quality,and improve information quality.Third,standardize merchant behavior,improve the platform service system,and optimize service quality.
