Research On Financing Problems In Industrial Agglomeration Areas

Since the 21 st century,industrial clusters have become the mainstay of the province's economic development and have a strong driving role for the local economy.Capital is the economic security and material support in the development of the agglomeration area,and is the source of the development of the gathering area.At this stage,the financing situation of industrial agglomeration areas is not optimistic.The government's investment and financing platform in the agglomeration area has many problems such as single source of funds,low efficiency of use,reduced financing capacity,and excessive government credit risk.Enterprises in the region are also facing difficulties in applying for bank lending.The industrial agglomeration area has a heavy burden under the large capital gap,and the development is slow.It is imperative to solve the financing problem in the industrial agglomeration area.This paper divides the financing problem of industrial agglomeration area into two parts: infrastructure construction financing that meets the nature of “public goods” and regional enterprise financing that meets “individual production conditions”.Study and analyze the financing of industrial clusters at home and abroad,and select Xiping Industrial Cluster as an example.Analyze the existing financing problems in Xiping Industrial Cluster Area and propose corresponding solutions.By improving the government investment and financing platform in industrial agglomeration districts;emphasizing the promotion of professional financial institutions such as commercial banks to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in industrial clusters;establishing and improving the risk investment system in the region;and attracting the development of private capital in the region.Expand financing channels and improve the construction of financing models.Promoting the construction of industrial agglomeration areas is necessary to ensure the adequacy of construction funds.With the regulation of Internet finance,this paper will prospect the future of investment and financing in industrial clusters.The industrial clusters should strengthen their trust in Internet finance and make use of convenient Internet clients.,cloud computing riskmatching,big data extensive credit and other means,try to develop Internet financial products in industrial clusters,and innovate industrial financing zones.In short,solving the financing problem of industrial agglomeration areas and ensuring the capital demand of industrial agglomerations is the basis for promoting the smooth development of industrial clusters and contributing to regional economic development.
