Ningde City Medium And Small Manufacturing Enterprise Financing Problems Research

Our country is under the key transiion period with economic transformation and empoyment pressure.As the main absorber of the employed population in our country,it is of great significance to focus on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,especially small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.The sustained and healthy development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is of great significance for promoting development,maintaining stability,speeding up science and technology innovation and improving the economic and technology content.In recent years,small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Ningde have developed rapidly,while the financing problem has become a major obstacle to the development of the enterprises.Solving the financing problem is conducive to the development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Ningde and ease the pressure of social employment.It will make sense to the promotion of the steady development for the local economy.This paper is focused on the issue of financing problems of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Ningde,through the methods of questionnaires,field visits,telephone interview and other ways to investigate the status quo and financing situation of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Ningde.The results obtained according to the comprehensive collation of the questionnaires and the use of office software statistics.This article is based on previous studies,closely combined with Pecking OrderTheory,Financial Growth Cycle Theory,Credit Rationing Theory and Ningde regional characteristics.With the empirical analysis of the financing situation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Ningde,the concrete problems of financing difficulties are obtained,and the internal and external reasons of financing difficulties are analyzed.Based on the experience of solving the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some solutions and prospects for the further research.
