Research On The Development Strategy Of "Bank-Medical Cooperation" Ecosphere Of Everbright Bank

Since 2013,great changes have taken place in China’s financial market.Internet finance has shown explosive growth,which has caused great impact on the development of commercial banks.Under the coexistence of opportunities and challenges in the market environment,commercial banks have re-positioned their strategies:returning to the origin of banks and building a "trading bank" has become an important choice for commercial banks.In many trading scenarios,the medical and health industry is a typical non-cyclical industry with abundant cash flow and extensive coverage,which has become a fierce competition for market resources by commercial banks.Everbright Bank,as a national joint-stock commercial bank,has been developing steadily in the past two years.However,it is also facing fierce competition in the same industry and the tremendous impact of Internet finance.It has been put on the agenda to seek business transformation.Compared with the financial industry,Everbright Bank has made some explorations in the field of health care,but the overall business started late and the development model is relatively single.In the construction of the "silver-medical cooperation" ecosphere,it is obviously lagging behind the same industry.Today,with the rapid development of Internet finance,it has lost the opportunity.By means of literature research and case analysis,this paper studies the business development of Bank-Medical Cooperation Ecosphere of Everbright Bank,analyses the external environment faced by the development of Bank-Medical Cooperation Ecosphere of Everbright Bank,and compares the current situation,existing problems,causes and excellent practices of the current construction of Bank-Medical Cooperation Ecosphere of Everbright Bank.Under the guidance of relevant theories,this paper puts forward the development strategy of the "bank-doctor cooperation" ecosphere of Everbright Bank:on the basis of consolidating existing cooperation,giving full play to the advantages of financial science and technology,and through the integration of group resources,we can build our own "bank-doctor cooperation" ecological system with the characteristics of Everbright Bank.Through the research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the developmentof the "Bank-Medical Cooperation" ecosphere of Guangzhou University Bank,but it still needs to be constantly summarized and perfected in the follow-up practice.
