JLU Communication Capital Operation Strategy Research

In the past few decades,China's telecommunications industry has made remarkable achievements from scratch,from non-scale to world-leading.In particular,Huawei Company has already qualified for 5G industry standards,which gives Chinese enterprises a foothold in the world's elecommunications industry.However,because of the "two ends out" characteristics of the development model,the industry as a whole lacks the ability to withstand risks.After the outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis,the world economy has been in a downturn,and the development of the telecommunications industry in the world has maintained a basic growth trend.The telecommunication service market is a big market with rapid development.In 2017,the market space is estimated to be 266.85 billion yuan,which is mainly composed of Engineering services,network maintenance and network optimization.From the industrial chain point of view,downstream customers are concentrated in three major operators and China Tower.The main market participants include traditional service providers,communication equipment providers and third-party communication service providers.After years of accumulation and development,such as Runjian Communications,Beijian Communications,Haigeyichuang,Changshi Communications and other third-party communication service providers began to rise,becoming an important force in the market.JLU Communications,the protagonist of this paper,is one of the most representative third-party communication service providers in Jilin Province.It used to be a subordinate enterprise of Changchun University of Posts and Telecommunications.Its development process can be described as the epitome of the third-party communication service providers industry in Jilin Province.The purpose of this paper is to use the related knowledge of enterprise strategic management and financial management that we have learned.By analyzing the competitive environment at home and abroad and the advantages and disadvantages of Jilin JLU Communications Design Institute Co.,Ltd.in the telecommunications industry,and combining with the strategic development direction of the enterprise,the paper puts forward the next capital operation of Jilin Dalian Communications Company under the current relevant policy system.Strategic concept,trying to use the means of capital operation to alleviate the current difficulties faced by Jida Communications Company to a certain extent,to help achieve the healthy development of the company.After briefly describing the theory of capital operation,this paper first reviews the capital operation history and a series of consequences of JLU Communications in the past.As JLU Communications has adopted many capital operation modes in the past development process,including IPO,refinancing,cooperative merger and acquisition,bankruptcy reorganization and so on,together with the impact of the world economy and the national communications industry,JLU Communications has adopted many capital operation modes.The development process fluctuates obviously.Subsequently,this paper briefly describes the development status of Jida Communications Company at home and abroad,uses SWOT model and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the specific situation of the company,and explains the core competitiveness and financial situation of the company in recent years,and then puts forward the idea of how Jida Communications Company carries out its capital operation strategy under the current situation,mainly including liquidation of non-performing assets and bankruptcy.The choice and application of capital operation means,such as reorganization,capital market refinancing and subsidiary company splitting,focuses on the comparative analysis of the feasibility of specific ways and draws conclusions;for the realization of the company's capital operation strategy,puts forward safeguard measures including organizational structure,human resources,operating capacity,capital,performance evaluation,etc.Finally,the conclusion of this paper summarizes the capital operation process.Several aspects should be paid attention to,including close connection between capital operation and operation,comprehensive and systematic initial scheme design,good risk control measures,capital operation should be in line with the trend,etc.,to remind companies to make fewer mistakes and take less detours in subsequent capital operation.
