Research On The Securitization Of Leased Assets Of WJ Company

As a new type of financial industry that can successfully integrate technology with trade,financing and melting,financial leasing has made great progress in the past three decades.At the same time,the narrow financing channels and insufficient capital of the financial leasing industry have also become prominent.Faced with the primary problem of the financial leasing company's urgent need for expansion,asset securitization,which can directly connect to the capital market,has emerged through the barriers to trading through the cost barriers.Therefore,studying the asset securitization of financial leasing industry has certain theoretical and practical significance for actively promoting the development of the leasing market and building a multi-level capital market.This dissertation consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the research background and significance of this dissertation.It reviews the related literatures on the causes and risks of asset securitization at home and abroad,and expounds the research perspective and innovation of this dissertation.The second part is the concepts and theories involved in this dissertation.Firstly,the concept of financial leasing and asset-backed securities is defined,and then the relevant theories of asset securitization are elaborated.The third part is the background analysis of WJ company's asset securitization financing method.Firstly,it introduces the development status of the financial leasing industry and the necessity and feasibility of asset securitization from the macro level.Then it introduces the WJ company's current product offering.Overview.The fourth part is the core part of this dissertation.It introduces the motivation,cost,advantages and risks of WJ company's lease asset securitization issuance.The fifth part is the enlightenment and suggestion of WJ company's use of asset securitization.The sixth part is the research conclusion and future prospects.This dissertation believes that the use of asset securitization financing in the financial leasing industry can broaden financing channels,reduce financing costs,and optimize the corporate structure.There is still much room for improvement in the future.However,the application of leasing asset securitization also has risks and challenges of excessive concentration of asset pools,lack of ownership,valuation ratings and interest rate mismatches.Therefore,by analyzing the process and deficiencies of the company's asset securitization issuance,it can provide useful help to other types of companies to improve financing methods to a certain extent.
