Failure Of IPO Audit In Agricultural Enterprises And Prevention Study

In recent years,there have been more and more agricultural listed companies in IPO listed fraud cases,which account for a considerable proportion.Agricultural enterprises are quite special compared with other companies.This makes it more difficult for agricultural companies to audit than other industries.Therefore,in recent years,more and more cases of failed audits of agricultural companies have been listed in IPO listing fraud cases.This paper analyzes the manifestations of audit failure in modem risk-oriented auditing,and finds that the specific performance of agricultural listed companies:the decentralization of transaction terminals leads to the auditors failing to obtain sufficient audit evidence,the accountants'measurement of biological assets subj ective,and not Can find hidden related party transactions,did not conduct the same industry analysis,and did not maintain professional caution about deviation indicators.Corresponding preventive measures were put forward:Comparing peers,analyzing industry operations,seeking expert help to deal with unfamiliar details,focusing on high-risk areas,designing and implementing fraud-specific audit procedures,understanding related parties and analyzing transactions with them and so on.Then it briefly reviewed the failure cases of the "new earth" audit,and detailedly analyzed the methods and processes of its fraud,and detailedly analyzed the reasons that led to the failure of the new land audit:the lack of independence of the registered certified public accountants,the lack of professional competence of the auditors,and the audit The lack of professional guidance in planning and procedures,failure to implement relevant audit procedures,and inadequate penalties.Finally,according to the results of the new land case analysis,relevant suggestions for avoiding the failure of auditing of China's agricultural listed companies were put forward.
