Under the background of salt reform,the competition among salt enterprises has intensified,the profit space of salt enterprises has been gradually reduced,and improving profit is the survival principle of enterprises.However,salt products are highly homogeneous,with low added value and full competition in the salt market.It is difficult to gain an advantage in price.Therefore,whoever has sufficient cost advantage will have sufficient price advantage.It is the king of market competition to do a good job in the internal control management of enterprises and continuously reduce the operating costs of enterprises.In order to reduce the operating cost of an enterprise,it is necessary to do a good job in cost control.A perfect inventory internal control system is an effective guarantee to reduce inventory costs.Therefore,all major salt companies should re-examine their internal control,especially the internal control of inventory management.This article mainly consists of four parts.The first part is an introduction,including the first chapter of this article.Firstly,the significance of the study and the introduction of the research background pave the way for the following analysis,and then classifies and collects relevant domestic and foreign documents to summarize the research results of internal control and inventory internal control at this stage.The last section of the first chapter describes the research content,research methods,innovation and deficiencies of this paper.The second part introduces the relevant concepts in this chapter,including the second chapter of this article.The related concepts of internal control and inventory internal control are introduced to lay a good foundation for case analysis.The third part is the case analysis of ZY Group A City Salt Company,including the third,fourth and fifth chapters of this article.This part introduces the company's basic situation and internal control status quo,and concludes that there are some problems in the five major processes of inventory management,such as unclear authorization approval system,imperfect supplier management system,imperfect quality inspection system,lack of feedback mechanism,etc.,and analyzes the causes of the problems.After that,from each process and the level of the company,it puts forward some improvement suggestions on the internal control of inventory management of A City Salt Industry Company,such as clarifying the responsibilities of the management in the internal control,clarifying the division of responsibilities to posts,optimizing the company's organizational setup,strengthening the management of human resources,and perfecting the information and communication system.The fourth part is the conclusion and prospect.At present,there is little research on the internal control of salt industry inventory management at home and abroad.This article uses the method of case analysis,through on-the-spot investigation in ZY Group's A City Salt Industry Company,understands the situation of internal control of inventory in A City Salt Industry Company,and analyzes the existing problems in internal control of inventory in the company by using the relevant knowledge learned by itself,and gives specific suggestions for improvement in combination with the actual operation of the company's relevant systems at this stage.I hope it can provide reference for the inventory management of A City Salt Company and other companies in the same industry.
