Research On The Application Of Risk Oriented Internal Auditin The Bank Of Jilin

With the continuous development of China's economy and society,the banking financial institutions is continuously improving.In this condition,Bank of Jilin has been continued to develop and grow.As an industry with high risks and liabilities,Bank of Jilin is facing more complicated international economic environment.With the strong support of the local government,Bank of Jilin is rooted in the local financial market.Especially after the restructuring in 2008,Bank of Jilin has continuously improved its risk management awareness through a series of reform measures.This will not only ensure the development of Bank of Jilin's audit business.The independence and objectivity have more strongly supported the local economic construction of Jilin Province,thus achieving its rapid development.However,some commercial banks have been established for a short time,the management and development model are still in the process of exploration,and the level of internal control and management are generally low.Their are some common internal auditing problems of commercial banks existing in the Bank of Jilin,which is the old audit concept,the narrow scope,the Slow efficiency;and the audit system is unreasonable,the system is not perfect;the technical means are still backward.Therefore,how to improve the internal auditing level of Bank of Jilin and effectively apply risk-oriented internal auditing to the internal auditing system of Bank of Jilin has become an important task at present.This research is conducted on this premise.On this background,this paper mainly combines the theoretical basis with the actual case of Bank of Jilin through the combination of theoretical analysis and field investigation method.By analyzing the existing model of internal audit of Bank of Jilin,it finds and properly handles the shortcomings.At the same time,we will explore how to promote the application of the risk-oriented intern.
