| With the increasingly fierce competition in market economy,small and medium-sized enterprises have become the mainstay of today’s social economy.At the same time,the risks faced by small and medium-sized enterprises are becoming more and more diversified and complex.Although people pay more and more attention to the internal control of small and medium-sized enterprises,from the practice of internal control of small and medium-sized enterprises,the failure or crisis of enterprises is often caused by the lack of internal control of enterprises.In order to occupy a place in today’s economic market,the establishment and improvement of internal control of small enterprises is particularly important.The application of internal control system plays a decisive role in the development and growth of enterprises.Small and medium-sized enterprises in order to occupy a space for one person in today’s market economy,small enterprises to establish and perfect the internal control is particularly important,the use of internal control of this system on the development and growth of enterprises has played a decisive role.People are also managers of enterprises,and there is no formal management system at all,or rely on human resources management rather than institutional management.This management model can not adapt to the current enterprise development model.Some small and medium-sized enterprises’ risk assessment system is not comprehensive and scientific enough,which reduces the ability of enterprises to resist risks;and some small and medium-sized enterprises’ internal information infrastructure construction.The choice of staff is not ideal.Because small and medium-sized enterprises have different control bases,in order to overcome chaos,they can not adopt fast internal control methods,and need to adopt different control methods according to different actual conditions of enterprises.Small enterprises have made some achievements in the early stage of economic development,but a series of problems have arisen after the development and growth of enterprises.The internal control system of most small and medium-sized enterprises is imperfect and lacks effective system guarantee,which has become one of the important factors restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.As a small and medium-sized enterprise,there are still some deficiencies in the internal control of Renhua Agricultural Resources Co.,Ltd.,which hinders the development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes Heilongjiang Renhua Agricultural Production Material Co.,Ltd.as an example,starting from the relevant theory of enterprise internal control,analyzes the problems existing in Renhua Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.and how to improve the research measures of enterprise internal control.This paper studies the internal control of Renhua Agricultural Capital from the theoretical study of internal control to the analysis of examples.Firstly,based on the basic norms of SMEs and the structural framework of internal control,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical analysis of enterprise internal control.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of Renhua Agricultural Resources Company,points out the existing problems of internal control and analyses the causes.Finally,it analyses the current situation of Renhua Agricultural Resources Internal Control from five aspects: internal environment control,risk assessment system,internal control activities,information system and internal supervision.Renhua Agricultural Corporation has problems in corporate governance,corporate culture,upstream raw materials,enterprise marketing and after-sales issues.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward specific measures and suggestions to improve the internal control of Renhua Agricultural Corporation.The concrete suggestions are to improve corporate governance and establish a sound corporate system;to foster a good corporate culture is beneficial.In order to improve the quality of enterprise employees,we should expand the scope of raw material procurement and train purchasing personnel’s professional knowledge,increase the marketing promotion of enterprise products,and do a good job in after-sales service of enterprise products and technical training of farmers,and other related measures and suggestions. |
