Analysis On Motivation And Effect Of Huaxia Happiness PPP Asset Securitization

In recent years,with the rapid development of PPP model in China,the problem of financing difficulty also appears.Asset securitization can effectively solve this problem.Therefore,the development of PPP asset securitization is also attached importance to.The Gu'an PPP project is a representative PPP project in China because of its classic and innovative features and is selected as a demonstration project of the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC).The success of Gu'an New City and other places makes Huaxia happy to be recognized by the society.Therefore,many local government departments are willing to cooperate with Huaxia Happiness to build a new industrial city to promote regional development.This has led to more PPP projects for China's happiness.Move the development of the enterprise.As businesses grow,financing needs rise,and companies need more money to support their own development.In November 2017,China responded to the government's call for happiness.A new type of urbanization PPP asset securitization project was issued to finance the Huaxia Happiness Gu'an Industrial Park.This paper takes this as an example,through the research on its related structure,distribution motivation and distribution effect,provides reference for other PPP construction companies in our country.Through the combination of theoretical research and case study,this paper analyzes the new urbanization PPP asset securitization project in Huaxia Happiness Guan Industrial Park.First of all,from the theoretical basis,this paper expounds that the combination of PPP and asset securitization is beneficial to the development and construction of PPP project,and explains the rationality of PPP asset securitization carried out by Huaxia Happiness.It also provides theoretical support for other PPP project construction companies to carry out PPP asset securitization.After that,this paper analyzes Huaxia Happiness PPP asset securitization from the aspects of operation process,securitization motivation and effect.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn: first of all,The Huaxia Happiness PPP asset securitization has a good effect in meeting the financing needs of enterprises,so that Huaxia Happiness has obtained 3.2 billion of the financing,which provides a guarantee for the development of enterprises.Secondly,from the overall point of view,Huaxia Happiness PPP asset securitization has a positive significance in reducing the cost of corporate financing,but from a local point of view,compared with the first batch of PPP asset securitization issued by Huaxia Happiness,the effect is slightly worse.Finally,in order to improve the liquidity of assets and improve the financial structure of enterprises,the effect of PPP asset securitization is better.Through this PPP securitization,some of the equity dividend rights and bonds owned by enterprises are put forward.Power has been converted into the most liquid monetary funds.
