Research On The Training System Of New-Type Farmers

Since the early 20th century,the social project "New professional farmers cultivating"has been concerned in the political and intellectual circles.Mendras noted such a scene:the traditional farmers are gradually being out of date,while the new professional farmers will get a new opportunity.In the process of agricultural modernization,our country needs to have a large number of high-quality skilled new-type talents.Training new type professional farmers is put forward as an important strategy in line with China's national conditions of agriculture.Government will play the main role and agricultural colleges and universities will play the leading role in training new type professional farmers.Combining the strength of the two parts can help us find a way to transform traditional farmers to new type professional farmers.Therefore,this article focused on the "new-type professional farmers'training system in agricultural colleges and universities" issue,analyzed its existing problems and causes to give full play to the advantages of resources in and to construct a more comprehensive training system,so that the training work can gradually be more scientific and standardized,and the system can train more skilled farmers for modern agriculture.The first document of the Central Committee has put forward a number of opinions on the training of new professional farmers.Using this document as a guideline,this article defined the relevant concepts of training,training system and new-type professional farmer based on human capital theory and human comprehensive development theory.This article also expounded the importance and feasibility of training new-type professional farmers from the perspective of these two theories and how agricultural colleges and universities can play the social service function in training of new professional farmers from the perspective of system theory.In addition,this paper used the case study method,combined with the actual research data,to carry on a systematic and overall research to the new type professional farmers training system in agricultural colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the current problems in the training of new professional peasants,such as the low level of education of peasants,the lack of scientific and cultural quality,the education mode of peasants' culture and the lack of training system for skills training,the paper puts forward the suggestions of higher agricultural institutions The necessity and the necessity of the training of new type of farmer,and use SWOT analysis method to explore the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of higher agricultural colleges and universities,and take the form of case study to carry on the empirical investigation,from the training management personnel,training teachers,trainees in these three aspects of the new agricultural institutions of new professional farmers training system problems and causes,so as to higher agricultural institutions in the training of new professional farmers to play Leading the role to provide a realistic basis.On the basis of the above empirical analysis,the article puts forward the following countermeasures from the government and the higher agricultural institutions:to increase the financial investment and policy support,to improve the assessment methods,to improve the supervision and management of training and incentive and restraint mechanisms,the use of Internet technology(The government);strengthen the social service function,enhance the consciousness of independent development,optimize the integration of resources,establish a multi-cooperation mechanism,enrich the teaching methods,improve the teacher incentive mechanism,improve the organization and management,the establishment of assessment tracking service mechanism(Agricultural institutions),so as to improve the new agricultural institutions of new professional farmers training system,with a view to speed up the pace of training of new professional farmers.The innovation of this article lies in the colleges and universities and the current hot issues-the new professional farmers training problems,give full play to the talents cultivation in colleges and universities,scientific research and social service function,combined with the system theory,presents a set of practical new type of professional farmers'training system.
