The innovation community is of great significance to the company's new product development work and is an important means for customers to participate in new product development.In the process of vigorous development,the innovative community also faces a real challenge,that is,the information in the innovation community has not been fully adopted by new product developers.The literature has studied the influencing factors in the mechanism of the influence of information adoption behavior of new product developers in the innovation community,and accumulated a large number of research results,but there are also some problems that need further research.Based on such research background,this study comprehensively sorts out the influencing factors in the influence mechanism of new product developers' information adoption behavior in the innovation community,and more accurately classifies and identifies heuristic clues and systematic clues in the influencing factors.The study further studied the regulatory role of new product developer characteristics in the mechanism of information adoption behavior.Based on the literature research,this study uses network data capture and questionnaire survey to collect data,and uses SPSS 22.0 version and AMOS21.0 version for data statistics and analysis.The following research conclusions are obtained:First,the number of historical releases,the quality of historical publications,the number of information readings,the number of information reviews,the abundance of supporting materials,the inconsistency of information,and the information reference have a significant positive impact on the willingness of new product developers to adopt.Among them,the quality of historical publication has the greatest influence on the willingness to adopt information,and the number of information reviews has the least influence on the willingness to adopt information;Second,the importance of tasks has a positive adjustment between information inconsistency,information reference,the abundance of supporting materials and the willingness of new product developers to adopt information,but has a reverse adjustment between the number of historical releases,the quality of historical releases,and the willingness to adopt new product developer information;Third,the relationship strength has a reverse adjustment between information inconsistency,information reference,the number of information reviews and the willingness of new product developers to adopt information,The strength of the relationship has a positive adjustment between the number of historical releases,the quality of historical releases,the number of information readings,the abundance of supporting materials and the willingness to adopt new product developers.Based on the research results,this study has the following management implications:The company's new product developers should make full use of the heuristic-systematic clue model to collect and screen ideas in the innovation community,focusing on historical release quality,auxiliary material richness and information inconsistency,and information reference;High-tech enterprises should give high priority to the development of new products and improve the awareness of the importance of new product developers in the adoption of new product development information;New product developers should actively participate in innovation community interactions,increase the strength of community member relationships,and shape the image of high-quality information publishers,while avoiding the trap of'acquaintance circle'and 'ineffective social'.
