Research On The Effect Of Green Technology Innovation On Business Performance

In order to coordinate the contradiction between rapid economic development and environmental protection,government departments often use political means to promulgate various environment-related policies and measures.Faced with numerous regulatory measures and policy pressures,enterprises will seek new solutions--green technology innovation.Through the form of green technology innovation,enterprises can reduce the cost of resource occupation,avoid the cost of economic punishment,and improve production efficiency,so as to reduce environmental damage and improve the performance of enterprises.Up to now,scholars have not reached a consensus on the research on the impact of green technology innovation on enterprise performance.Relevant literature shows that the impact of green technology innovation on enterprise performance may be positively correlated or negatively correlated,or both.This paper analyzes the relevant literature and research conclusions to verify the extent and direction of the impact of green technology innovation on corporate performance under strict environmental regulatory initiatives.By dividing the green technology innovation into different types,the impact on economic and ecological benefits is studied separately.The structural equation model is constructed to verify that the green technology innovation has an impact on the performance of the enterprise.However,it is intuitive to see that the three types of green technology innovation have different effects on the two levels of enterprise performance:the end Governance has a large positive impact on the ecological benefits of enterprises,but the impact on the economic benefits of enterprises is opposite,reducing profits;green product innovation has a great impact on the two levels of corporate benefits,but also green technology innovation,but The size of the impact is slightly different.The research results of this paper show that different types of green technology innovation methods are short and long,which have different effects on the performance of enterprises.Therefore,under the pressure of government policies,enterprises should be good at applying green technology innovation and balance development and ecological protection by screening appropriate green technology innovation channels.
