Analysis Of The Mode Of Internet Consumer Financial Asset Securitization

At present,China is in the new normal period of economic development.The government proposes to achieve economic transformation.It is necessary to stimulate consumption to stimulate economic development and let consumption become the driving force for economic development.Internet consumer finance plays an important role in the consumer market,and it cannot be neglected that its value to consumpation.Internet consumer finance,e-commerce platforms and financial companies occupy an absolute position.With the continuous expansion of the market scale,the company's creditor's rights continue to accumulate.In order to solve the financial pressure of enterprises,ABS has become a new way for enterprise development.This paper selects a representative representative of the first listing of the Internet Finance ABS-Debon Huayuan consumer loan asset support special plan for the case study.Through the research,it is found that the success and shortcomings in the development of corporate asset securitization in China.This paper first briefly introduces the relevant parties of the asset support special plan and the issue status in 2018,and analyzes the internal and external aspects of the reasons for the asset securitization of Huayuan.The products were analyzed for the basic assets of the product,the cyclic purchase structure,the product enhancement and the storage distribution model.In general,the quality of the basic assets of the Debon Huayuan products is relatively high,but there is still room for improvement in terms of the future quality of the underlying assets,corporate leverage and product liquidity.Based on the comprehensive case analysis,this paper puts forward the advantages of the Debon Huayuan ABS issuance and the places that similar enterprises can learn from.In response to the shortcomings of this case,the corresponding suggestions were put forward in combination with specific problems,such as strengthening the quality control of the underlying assets,reducing the leverage ratio through various ways such as capital increase and business cooperation,reducing the entry criteria for investors and improving Information disclosure of products,etc.
