| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the global economy has gradually presented a trend of integration.The global financial crisis in 2008 gave birth to a new scientific and technological revolution and a new industrial revolution.China reviewed and adopted the decision of the state council on accelerating the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries in 2010.The number of strategic emerging enterprises is increasing rapidly,and most of them choose to enter the international market.For strategic emerging enterprises,innovation is the vitality of the enterprise,so the enterprise must invest in research and development.What is the impact of internationalization on R&D investment and innovation performance of strategic emerging enterprises? Taking Goertek Inc.,a strategic emerging enterprise,as an example,this paper takes the development process of Goertek from 2008 to 2017 as the entry point.The relationship among internationalization strategy,R&D investment and innovation performance is analyzed by combining theoretical analysis and case analysis.Through the research on the development process of strategic emerging enterprise Goertek Inc.,this paper comes to the conclusion:Internationalization strategy of strategic emerging enterprises can promote R&D investment,R&D investment can promote innovation performance,and internationalization strategy can promote innovation performance.Strategic emerging enterprises can improve their research and development investment through internationalization strategy,and thus improve their innovation performance.Based on the perspective of strategic emerging enterprises,this paper studies the relationship among internationalization strategy,R&D investment and innovation performance.First,it enriches the perspective of relevant studies among the three.Second,it can provide some experience for the development of strategic emerging enterprises facing the international market.The innovation of this paper lies in the novel research method and content,which is carried out in the form of case study,Analyze the development process of strategic emerging enterprises,Study the internal relationship among internationalization strategy,R&D investment and innovation performance. |
